Our turnstile gate open signal is dry contact. As long as your system has a relay output, it can control out turnstile gate. We also have our own RFID, fingerprint, face recognition, and ticket access control system.
2. Can you customize my turnstile?
Yes. Many of our products can be customized with powder-coated, logos, led lights, and accessories.
3. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we can ship to many countries around the world.
4. What is the electrical requirement for your turnstiles?
We used the auto-switch power supply, which is 110-240V. So it is used worldwide
5. What type of base is needed for installation?
Turnstiles require a concrete or steel base for installation. Complete installation information includes specifications for foundations for each turnstile model.
6. Can you provide detailed plan drawings for turnstile models?
We are always happy to email or fax detail drawings of all of the turnstiles we carry. Just contact us with the make and model numbers you are interested in and we’ll forward the detailed drawings to you.
7. What happens during a fire alarm?
If installed correctly by a trained technician， the turnstiles are connected to the battery or a capacitor. If an emergency, cut off the power and the barriers will automatically open for free egress.
8. What is the warranty for your products?
All of our products carry a two years minimum warranty and durable maintenance and repair support.
9. What are your terms of packing?
First, we will pack our goods with a protective film or pearl wool. Then we will put it in a neutral carton. Third, we will pack it in a standard export wooden case to protect the goods perfectly.
10. What are your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
11. What if I need to customize the item?
We can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can provide OEM and ODM services.
12. What is your sample policy?
